GARAM MASALA POWDER

Store made masalas are pungent or too strong
while making at home the masala  flavour is mild
Especially for subzis and variety rice
the flavours  should be mild

1. cardomom- 1 cup
2. cloves-       1 cup
3.  cinnamon-  1/2 cup
4. maratti mokku - 1/4 cup
5. coriander seeds-  3/4 cup

Dry roast one by one in a kadai

better just heat the kadai and off it
and put ingredients one by one and  dry roast it
grind it fine when they are cooled down

RASAM POWDER

This powder makes your rasam very very tasty
From the comfort of your home you can make it fresh
There is a lot of difference between a sambar and rasam powder

Now here gooes the recipe
1. coriander seeds-1 cup
2. tuvardal-1/4 cup
3. pepper-3 big table spoom
4. jeerakam -   4 table spoon
5. red chilly-    1/2 cup
6. last - mustard seeds- 1/3 cup

Dry roast  onr by one in a kadai and powder it on cooling . mix well an d store in zip lockcoversor air tight containers
